We would like to send you our company profile in order to give you a brief  view of our activities and working regulations.

INTELLECTİÇ VE DIŞ TİC. LTD.  is a young  manufacture  & marketing  company of 12 years with 30 years personal  and institutional experience at  the background  , dealing with both ladies’ & men’s  leatherand also shearling  jackets  of above average and high  quality end having a reasonable price-quality relation.

Regarding production & material outsourcing  ; Our  production company  is based in Zeytinburnu/Istanbul-Turkey and we’re producing our jackets in our facilities/workshops  having experienced and skilled  staff.  We can say that, regionally, we’re working with materials originating from the Mediteranean Region ( North Africa, Italy, Turkey, Balkans ). Calf & cow hides we mostly buy here in Turkey ; their raw materials originate from Italy, France.The main skin-types used in our production are : lamb, goat, and different  hides of lamb shearling. 

Each come with different types of finishing such as : aniline, semi-aniline, nubuck, sued, drum-dyed and vegetable tanned options.

We buy shearling finished skins from tanneries here in Turkey, (Spanish Entrefino & Merino, Rassado , Merinillo, Toscana etc.).Nowadays we also use very much Turkish domestic and Balkan lambs and sheep for jackets and coats.  In order to give you some ideas about our products, we will also  send you pictures of some of our AW21 collection styles as well.

We can work in three  different ways ; either the eventual customer can choose from our styles and order samples in order to see our products  , or he/she can send us their own styles / designs and let them make by ourselves.As a third possibility we can make a synthesis of both , their and our styles. In this context , if they’d like, we can serve them with their own private label.

Production Capacity ; As we’re mainly working in shearling jackets and coats, we can say that our production capacity reaches an interval of  5000-6000 pcs./year.  In nappa, goat leather and similar qualities we stay by 2500-3000 pcs.  Unfortunately , the  arisen pandemic   this year made also an effect on our quantities.

Lead times of production/bulky orders & Payment Terms - ; Our bulky order lead times differ between 8-10 weeks beginning from the written firm order date, which is based and implemented on a Irrevocable, Confirmed at Sight Letter of Credit or a T/T payment.  Repeat orders can be delivered in about 3-4 weeks time as long as we are informed in advance, which material(s) is/are required.  Regarding minimum bulky order quantities ; we accept 70-100 pieces of jackets or coats per style and colourway.  Less than these figures wouldn’t be profitable and feasible in the practice and from the economic point of view.

Proto & Salesmen Samples ; According to our company regulations, depending on the used leather or sheepskin material we produce the proto and salesmen samples of our customers within a period of 2-3 weeks upon a firm written order and advanced payment. Samples are charged with a coefficient of 1,5. Technical measurement charts and details of the styles to be developed have to be given by our customers or if requested we can prepare them and send them to our customers for their written confirmation prior to production.

Price Quotation of Protos & Salesmen Samples : If possible, as a producer we would be glad to have your “purchasing price idea ( target price)” , which would facilitate the choice of the leather or the sheepskin quality to be produced. Thank you.

Permanence of cooperation  through the year ; This is a point, which we consider as the most important one in a cooperation.
