Our adventure, which started with humble but big dreams, continues today with our expert team of 77 people and exports to 20 countries from our 10.000 m2 technological factory.

Our factory is experiencing its golden age for leather enthusiasts. Our leather products, which decorate the collections of many brands with almost every color, combine quality with aesthetics. In our manufacturing, lamb, sheep and other sheep skins are processed at high quality.

With the best expert team in our R&D studies, the products requested by the customers are supplied in the fastest and most qualified way. All raw hides that come to our factory for processing are individually selected by our expert team.

During our operations, we strongly avoid processes harmful to human health and nature. We regularly apply Formaldehyde, AZO and Sub-Chrome tests to our products. We raise awareness of our employees about energy efficiency and environmental cleanliness. We do not use chemicals harmful to human health and nature in our factory. We treat our wastes and recycle them to nature. We know that the protection of human health and nature is the greatest value. We take utmost care to leave a livable nature to our future generations.

These leathers that come to our factories are first washed in wooden fiber or metal propellers or cabinets and purified from blood, stool and dirt. Meat particles on the flesh side of the skin are cleaned in technological machines. The wool is removed or lowered to a certain level and these wools are used in textiles.

Then, by removing the crude oil in the skin and by the method we call pickle, it is made that bacteria cannot harm it. Leathers kept at this stage for 3-5 days are tanned with reduced chrome mine and various tanning chemicals in machines such as propellers, cabinets or mixers, and are made not affected by external damages such as bacteria, viruses, water and smell. Leathers rested here for 3-5 days are dried in machines or natural environment.

Chemicals are used for these purposes in leather that must have medical properties, heavy metals such as chromium are not used. The dried leathers are processed in mechanical and technological machines for combing, ironing, trimming, softening and cleaning the meat side. Later, the leathers that are wetted again are oiled and dyed according to their purpose and usage areas. The leathers that are dried again become semi-finished products by passing through various machines. Leathers, which have completed their difficult journey with these methods, are delivered to the hands of masters in apparel, jewelery and shoe factories and take their place in the shop windows and in our lives.
